Restored by Design is a health education community created to help people rebuild stronger foundations for body, mind, and spirit
through the laws of health and God’s original design.

Many people are given a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or scattered pieces of health advice, but they are not always given a clear pathway for rebuilding their health foundations day by day.
Restored by Design was created to provide structure, education, and support — not random information, but a step-by-step pathway grounded in the laws of health, practical lifestyle restoration, and biblical principles.
It is a natural health education community built on the belief that health is not random. The body was created with order and purpose, and when we return to the laws of life God placed in nature, we begin to rebuild stronger foundations for health.
Inside the community, you’ll find structured lessons, practical guidance, recipes, coaching support, and encouragement to help you take steady steps toward whole-person restoration.

It is for those who want practical guidance for body, mind, and spirit, while learning how to support the body through simple, natural, evidence-informed lifestyle principles.

Strength in His Grace
Strength in His Grace is the main course inside Restored by Design. Created by Karen Beauchamp, this 18-step program teaches the 8 principles of health in detail and provides a structured pathway for rebuilding stronger health foundations.
The program draws from Karen’s own health journey after being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and later entering remission, along with her professional background in health education, lifestyle medicine, diabetes education, nursing, and health coaching.
It is also designed to help members grow in understanding so they can not only apply the principles personally, but also share and teach them to others in their families, churches, communities, and spheres of influence.
Rather than presenting scattered health information, Strength in His Grace brings the principles together in a clear, step-by-step format so members can learn, apply, and pass on what they have learned with confidence.
The course is based on Karen’s book, Strength in His Grace: My Journey Through Multiple Sclerosis, which shares the personal testimony behind the program and the health principles that shaped her journey. The book is also available for purchase for those who would like to read the full story and understand the foundation behind Restored by Design.

The Recipe Vault provides whole-food, plant-based recipes to support practical healthy living. These recipes are designed to help members make nourishing food choices simple, achievable, and enjoyable. The focus is on nutrient-rich meals that support the principles taught throughout the program.
Know Your Body Podcast Channel
The Know Your Body podcast channel helps members better understand how the body works and why lifestyle choices matter. Each episode is designed to provide simple, practical health education so members can grow in awareness, understand their body’s signals, and make more informed decisions for long-term health and wellbeing.
Research Centre
The Research Centre provides access to studies, clinical findings, and evidence-based insights across a wide range of health topics. It is designed to support continued learning and help members explore the science behind the health principles taught throughout Restored by Design.
Introduction to Coaching
This class introduces the role of health and wellness coaching inside Restored by Design and explains how coaching support fits alongside the program content. Members will learn what to expect, how to prepare, and how coaching can provide encouragement, accountability, and practical guidance as they build stronger health foundations.
